Behaviour Consultations
Having worked in the dog training industry for over 15 years, I understand that not all dogs are Lassie. You can love your dog and do the best by her but she still may develop behavioural issues such as aggression or anxiety. The aim of private consultations are to work with both and your dog to develop an individual plan that will suit everyone’s needs.
Serious behavioural issues often need a very holistic approach. This means that although there may be skills training in the behaviour consultations, I will also be showing you exercises which may improve or your dog's overall mental welfare.
These consultations are not designed with traditional obedience in mind. We know that behaviour is complex and often needs an approach which looks deeper than the surface issue. To learn more about this approach, please read the Am I Right For You section
Details
Initial consultations are $250 and will take place at my training venue in East Queanbeyan. If you require a house visit there is a $20 travel fee for Queanbeyan and ACT residents.
These sessions last about 1.5 hours
Follow up sessions are $120 and last about 45 minutes.
Zoom sessions are also available.
Sessions after 4pm and on weekends are currently not available.
